ROCKAWAY TOWNSHIP PAL WILLIAM VOGEL COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP Every year, the Rockaway Township PAL sponsors a $500 scholarship to one student from the Morris Hills Regional District. The student must meet the following 4 eligibility requirements: a. Must be pursuing a Criminal Justice or Law Enforcement major b. Must attend a 2 or 4 year college or university c. Must be a Rockaway Township Resident d. Must display good citizenship, community and/or religious involvement The Application below must be mailed or emailed and accompanied by a copy of students High School transcript and a letter of recommendation from High School teacher or counselor. Check to be made payable to the school the student will be attending to be deposited in the students account.
